At Gadgets Fix, we guide you through every step of your device repair. From an initial consultation and diagnostic assessment, to part ordering and the final repair. We keep you informed throughout the process so you can trust your device is repaired with confidence.




Verbal consultation
When you enter the store, a team member will greet you, understand the issue, and guide you on how we can help.
Diagnostic explanation
If the issue isn’t visible or needs further investigation, our technicians will carry out a diagnostic. The non-refundable diagnostic fee will be explained and deducted from the final repair cost if the repair goes ahead; otherwise, it remains non-refundable.
Booking in your device
Once the diagnostic is agreed, a team member will book in your device and collect your contact details to keep you updated on the repair.
Technicians diagnostic
Once booked in, our technicians will carry out a full diagnostic. After identifying the issue, we’ll contact you with the findings, recommended solution, and a repair quote.




Client confirmation
After receiving the quote and proposed solution, we’ll ask the client to confirm in writing via text and email, whether they wish to proceed with the repair.
Ordering parts
Once the client has confirmed they want to proceed with the repair, our team will order the relevant parts.
Completing the repair
Once the parts arrive, we’ll fit them and check the device to ensure the repair was successful. If issues remain, we’ll reassess and inform the client of the next steps.
Collection once completed
Once the repair has been completed, the client will be notified and asked to collect their device.
