We’re an independent repair business inside Leeds University Union. We help students, staff and the wider Leeds community with the tech they use for work, study and everyday life.

From gadgets
to repairs.
We opened in 1999 as a gadget shop. As technology became a bigger part of everyday life, the business evolved with it.
Around 2006, our focus shifted towards repairs, helping customers get more life from the devices they already owned.
We work on phones, laptops, consoles and tablets, from screens, batteries and ports to more involved board-level faults. You don’t need to diagnose it yourself. Start by telling us what happens when you use it.

Understand the fault
We listen to the symptoms and explain the next step. Any diagnostic fee is agreed before the assessment begins.
Agree the work
We explain the repair and quote so you can decide. If we find extra work is needed, we agree a revised cost with you first.
Repair and check
We carry out the work you approve, check the device and contact you about collection or the agreed postal arrangements.
