A spill can affect more than one part of a device. We assess it before recommending work, and explain the costs so you can decide.

  1. Tell us what happened

    Share the make and model, what was spilled, when it happened and the symptoms you’re seeing now. It’s fine if you don’t know every detail.

  2. Assess and explain

    We agree the diagnostic fee beforehand, assess the damage and discuss cleaning where appropriate. Liquid treatment cannot guarantee a working device.

  3. Approve any further work

    If deeper board faults or damaged parts need further repair, we explain the findings and agree the additional work and cost with you first.

Costs agreed first

Any diagnostic fee is agreed beforehand and deducted if you proceed with the repair. If liquid treatment is unsuccessful, you pay only the agreed diagnostic fee. Any further parts or repair work needs your separate approval.

Can every liquid-damaged device be repaired?

No. The outcome depends on the damage we find. Cleaning may help, but some devices need further board or parts repairs and some cannot be repaired. We explain the findings before you decide on further work.

What if liquid treatment does not work?

You pay only the diagnostic fee agreed beforehand. We discuss any possible further repair and its cost with you separately, and only proceed with your approval.
